We want you to be happy with your TAMS GIRLS order. Because period-care kits can contain personal hygiene products, some change-of-mind returns may be limited once hygiene seals or packaging have been opened.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us if your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Nothing in this policy excludes rights and remedies that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind

For unopened and unused products, contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We will confirm whether a return can be accepted and provide return instructions before anything is sent back.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time after approval can depend on the payment provider or bank.
